1) Tendai Mtawarira– This team needs a “Beast”
2) Malcolm Marx – The young South African is massive, accurate in the throw and he performs great under pressure!
3) Ramiro Herrera – The Argentinian prop is growing game by game and he’s becoming a true scrummage master
4) Maro Itoje – Impossible not to pick the best European player of 2015, his dynamism is incredible!
5) Eben Etzebeth – Power, Power and again power. Eben should be picked in every team.
6) Mamuka Gorgodze – A player who doesn’t know the meaning of the word “Fear” , his big hits will be vital!
7) David Pocock – The All Blacks build their game on possession, Pocock is the perfect player to make the breakdown slower
8) Sergio Parisse – The multi-skilled Italian number 8 is simply the best in his role on our opinion.
9) Ben Youngs – With Aaron Smith and Perenara both playing for the All Blacks not many options remain in this role
10) Dan Biggar – His kicking accuracy is needed, every penalty against the All Blacks should be transformed in points.
11) George North – You just can’t leave him at home.
12) Manu Tuilagi – With Davies he could create a really heavy midfield partnership who could cause troubles to the lighter Ab’s centres.
